Post
Publish and manage posts for campaigns and updates.
A Post is used to create and publish social media and website content.
This includes things like social posts, blog articles, images, videos, and other content you want to share.

How Posts Work
Posts start simple and build over time.
At the beginning, a post might just be an idea. You might give it a name, add a few notes in the description, and then develop it into something more complete.
From there, you can either write the content yourself or use AI to help. Some people prefer to stay hands-on, others prefer to let the system do most of the work. The platform supports both.
For example, you might create a post with just a name and assign it to an AI agent. It can then research a topic, write content, and prepare it ready for publishing. Alternatively, you might write everything yourself and only use the system to schedule it.
Content and Outputs
A single post can hold everything related to that piece of content.
You might have a short version for social media, a longer version for your website, and supporting media such as images or video. All of this lives in the same place, so you’re not switching between tools.
You can generate content using AI, upload your own, or combine the two.
Post Configuration
Each post has a configuration that defines what kind of content it is.
For example, a post can be set as text, image, PDF, video, or storyboard.
This affects how the post is structured and what the AI will generate if you assign it. A text post will focus on written content, while a video or storyboard post will guide the AI towards more visual output.
Choosing the right configuration helps the system produce content that fits your goal.
Working in Context
Posts are often grouped together.
You might create a parent post that represents a campaign or theme, and then place individual posts inside it. The description of that parent sets the context for everything within it.
For example, one folder might represent a luxury real estate brand, while another represents a fitness brand. Posts inside each will follow that tone and direction without needing to repeat it every time.
Scheduling and Publishing
Once a post is ready, you can choose where and when it should be published.
Before doing this, you need to connect your accounts in the User Profile under Integrations. This allows the platform to publish on your behalf.
After connecting, you can select the specific pages or sites for each post. When scheduled, the system will handle publishing at the right time.
Working Day to Day
In practice, posts move through a simple flow.
You create an idea, build it out into content, review it, and then schedule or publish it. Some of that can be done manually, and some can be handled by AI depending on how you prefer to work.
The Home page will show you what needs attention, the Library page keeps everything organised, and the Resource Viewer is where you work on each post in detail.
Summary
Posts are used to create and publish content from start to finish.
You can begin with a simple idea and turn it into fully prepared content, either by writing it yourself or guiding the system to do it for you. Everything stays organised in one place, making it easier to plan, create, and publish consistently.
