Lead the WAi How-to Guides

User Profile

The User Profile is where you manage your personal setup in Lead the WAi. It’s the place to adjust how the platform works for you and to review your account.

You can open it at any time by clicking your profile icon in the top right of the screen.

The page is split into sections, each covering a different part of your account.

User Details

This is your core information.

You can view and edit your name, email, date of birth, job role, phone number, and description. These details are used across the platform, for example when personalising your dashboard or sending messages.

The description is where you explain who you are and how you work. If you want the platform to understand something about you, this is the place to put it.

A good description might include what your role involves, what you’re responsible for, and how you usually approach your work. This helps shape suggestions and generated content so they feel more relevant to you.

As a simple rule: if it’s about you as an individual, put it here. If it’s about your business, add it to the company description instead.

If anything changes, click Edit and update your details.

User Preferences

This section controls how things look and behave for you day to day.

You can adjust settings like your timezone, currency, colour scheme, and zoom level so everything displays in a way that feels natural.

There are also a few behaviour settings, such as confirming certain actions or resetting tutorials if you want to go through them again. If you use voice features, you can test your microphone here too.

Once you’ve made changes, save them to apply the update.

AI Preferences

This is where you decide how much control the AI has when taking actions.

You can require approval before certain things happen, such as navigating between pages or sending emails. If you prefer more oversight, you can keep these checks in place. If you’re comfortable with more automation, you can relax them.

You can adjust this at any time depending on how you want to work.

Integrations

This is where you connect external tools.

Examples include Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, WordPress, Facebook Pages, and email services. Once connected, these allow you to do things like publish content, send emails, or pull in data without leaving the platform.

You can connect or disconnect each service whenever you need to.

Invitations

This section lets you invite other people and track their progress.

You can see whether an invite has been sent, opened, or accepted, along with when each step happened. You can also resend or cancel invitations if needed.

This is especially useful while access is controlled, as it gives you a clear view of who is joining and where they are in the process.

Allowances

Allowances show how much of each feature you’ve used and what limits apply.

You’ll see usage across things like emails, images, research, and other actions. Each item shows how much you’ve used and when it resets, if it does.

This helps you understand your usage at a glance.

Subscriptions

This section shows the subscriptions you currently have.

Your subscriptions determine what you can use across the platform. This includes things like usage limits, available features, and overall capacity.

If you find yourself using the platform more regularly, you can choose a subscription that better matches how you work. Any changes you make here will directly affect your allowances.

From this section, you can view your active plans and manage them if needed.

Contributions

This section shows how you can get involved beyond normal use of the platform.

There are a few different ways to contribute, depending on what suits you:

Collaborators – contribute to work across the platform and get rewarded for completed and approved tasks. View collaborators.

Affiliates – promote products, with any resulting sales attributed to your account. View affiliates.

Investors – support WAi Forward financially, with plans for equity-based rewards as the platform develops. View investors.

You may not see anything here straight away. This section becomes more relevant if you decide to take part.

Delete Account

At the bottom of the page, you can permanently delete your account.

This will remove your account and all associated data, and it cannot be undone. Only use this if you’re sure you no longer want access.

Summary

The User Profile is your personal control panel.

It’s where you adjust how the platform works for you, connect tools, manage access, and keep track of your account.
