Invoicer Update
Our Invoicer tool is now fully live, offering businesses a streamlined way to automate their invoicing. While the core features are solid, we're currently expanding Invoicer's file compatibility to support PNG, JPEG, and other common formats, giving users more options for uploading and managing documents.
We've also recently integrated OCR (Optical Character Recognition) capabilities. This significant update enables businesses to process handwritten invoices, extracting text from scanned documents or images seamlessly to boost invoicing efficiency.

The WAI Forward Engine offers a user-friendly interface, making data management seamless and insightful:
- Access today's events.
- Easily create, delete, and manage key items, like tasks and campaigns, within a centralized library.
- Visualize data trends and insights dynamically for more informed decision-making.
- Use AI-driven prompts to trigger actions and automate everyday processes.
This unified setup allows all WAI Forward tools to be adopted seamlessly, enhancing productivity for a variety of use cases.
PathWAI Update
PathWAI serves as the project management hub within the WAI Forward Engine. Designed as the primary interface for organizing tasks, it’s a flexible tool that anyone can use to simplify project workflows. With a general-purpose approach, PathWAI is adaptable to diverse projects, from personal task tracking to team coordination, making it accessible to both individuals and organizations.
PathWAI leverages the “Tasks” object type in the engine to enable powerful management tools. In the Library, users can create and organize to-do lists, recurring tasks, and subtasks to streamline complex workflows. The Overview provides an interactive Gantt chart, visualizing project timelines and progress at a glance. The Home page surfaces immediate priorities, helping users stay focused on what matters each day.
This platform’s smart organizing and prioritizing capabilities allow for comprehensive workload management, making it especially valuable for remote and hybrid teams. With PathWAI, WFH (work-from-home) setups are simplified, providing users with the structure needed to manage tasks effectively from any location.
Lead the WAI Update
Lead the WAI is our dedicated platform for marketing and sales, fully equipped with CRM and CMS features to support businesses in building and nurturing their audience. Designed to simplify campaign management and lead generation, Lead the WAI empowers users to engage with customers across channels and monitor marketing effectiveness.
This platform leverages multiple object types, including Campaigns, Posts, Leads, and Emails. In the Library, users can define and refine target audiences, track lead interactions, create campaigns (across social media and email), and monitor campaign performance. The integration of these object types creates a seamless experience, helping businesses maintain consistency across marketing channels.
Lead the WAI's flexibility supports both high-level strategies and detailed analytics, making it an essential tool for businesses aiming to optimize their marketing and sales funnels. Users can track audience engagement and conversion rates to develop data-driven strategies that strengthen customer relationships and maximize reach.
PAI it Forward Update
PAI it Forward is our upcoming finance and accounting platform, created to simplify financial management through smart automation. With PAI it Forward, businesses can track spending, reconcile accounts, forecast expenses, and produce essential reports—all within a unified interface.
This platform organizes financial data through key object types: Invoices and Transactions. Users can monitor expenses in real time, allowing them to stay on budget and make informed financial decisions. PAI it Forward also supports balance sheet generation and other financial documents, making it an invaluable tool for financial forecasting and budgeting.
With easy-to-use features for generating reports and reconciling financial information from multiple sources, PAI it Forward supports better cash flow visibility and improved planning for businesses of all sizes.
