Since our last update, we’ve made major strides across the board: from smarter lead progression and dynamic insight dashboards to AI-powered scheduling and flexible workflows.

Lead the WAI is designed to help teams run faster, work smarter, and close more deals—without toggling between a dozen disconnected tools. Whether you're launching outreach or nurturing leads, the app adapts to how you work and scales with your goals.

🚦 Smarter Funnels, Powered by Structure

In Lead the WAI, every object—like leads, emails, and posts follows a structured lifecycle. These lifecycles allow the AI to recommend the next best action and help you keep momentum across your funnel.

Depending on your workflow, you can choose from four interaction modes—each one designed to fit how you or your team prefers to work:

  • Manual – Click on any object to open the "Object popup," where you can manually edit properties like contact info or subject lines. This popup is accessible from anywhere in the app.
  • Conversational – Lifecycle widgets in the Library display progress as pie charts and offer AI recommendations. Clicking a recommendation launches a guided chat—for example, to help move leads from “Draft” to “Contactable” by gathering missing info.
  • Approval-based – Assign leads or posts to collaborators who can progress the object and return it to you for final review. Future versions will support micro-payment flows for outsourced tasks.
  • Automatic – Enable auto-reply so Lead the WAI responds to incoming lead messages with customizable goals like booking demos or linking to key resources.

🏠 Home View: Stay on Track and Ahead

The Home view defaults to today's date and shows:

  • Tasks you need to take action on
  • Scheduled events the AI will handle for you

You can also select different dates to review past performance or plan ahead. This is especially helpful when preparing for time away. A sales rep, for example, can review the next 7 days and ensure all follow-ups are scheduled—knowing that Lead the WAI will keep things moving while they’re out.

📚 Library View: Organize and Act Intelligently

The Library is where you manage your leads, posts, and emails through a structured, visual dashboard.

Each object type has a lifecycle pie chart that reflects progress across its stages. Under each chart, the AI offers a recommended next action to keep things moving. Clicking the recommendation opens a purpose-built conversation that helps you address bottlenecks.

You can also maximize any widget to explore a hierarchical, explorer-style layout. Leads can be grouped into lists, and posts can be structured into folders—giving you both high-level clarity and detailed control.

📈 Overview: Funnel Clarity, Front and Center

The Overview view visualizes key trends across your funnel objects. Switch between:

  • Lead timelines – Gantt-style views of lifecycle movement over time.
  • Engagement performance – Spot which messages or posts are gaining traction.
  • Geographic breakdowns – Identify hot regions for outreach and growth.

It’s a powerful way to turn raw activity into insight—and insight into action.
